The 16 gauge cartilage earring is made with a 10mm gold tone PVD over 316L surgical grade stainless steel hinged circular ring. It features an embellishment of a butterfly, sparingly engraved to bring out just the barest details of the wings and body. It also features a non-removable hinged segment for easy insertion and removal which is perfect because this ring works well in multiple piercings including tragus, helix, and septum. Beautiful!
