They're suspended from a 14 gauge navel ring made with a 7/16" durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel curved barbell which has a clear gem set into the 8mm bottom ball end. The dolphins face each other, curving to form a heart shape and perfectly highlighting the glittery blue inlay along their sides.
